Writing FCAT

Mrs. Janosik: My name is Mrs. Michelle Janosik and this is my fourth year teaching! I have taught 4th and 5th grade in Woodbridge, Virginia. Woodbridge is near Washington DC, so while there I also learned much about our country's capital. I worked for two unique schools in the same county (Prince William County). One was a school of choice, similar to Cornerstone and the other was public. I found that I enjoy working at charter schools, as there is much more parental involvement! At my prior school, I was a member of the instructional consultant team which means I was able to observe other teachers and assist them with any problems that they had. I earned my degree in elementary education from Penn State University. When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family and cheering on Penn State! I try to stay active, I love swimming, biking, and softball. I moved to Florida in March of 2010 and look forward to many more years teaching in the Sunshine State!
